Gift certificate wording - what am i missing?

So far my disclaimer at the bottom says:

Not redeemable for cash. Must present original certificate to receive goods or services.

I also want to say something like - 24 hour notice of cancellation required.. or they forfeit the validity of the gc..
But how do I say that?

Mine says "Same-day cancellations void this certificate." It's not 24 hours, but I think they get the idea.

Or is that saying the same thing twice- subject to cancellation policy & Same day cancellations will void this certificate???
should I drop the "policy" line?

Referring to your policy assumes that they've seen (and signed) the policy. If that's the case then I would say it's great wording. Most of my GC sales are for first-timers, and even though I mail or e-mail them my policies when they make the appointment, I still don't have a signed copy of it from them until they come in. That's why I went with what I use. Not perfect, but it seemed to communicate the intent clearly.

Ours says "VOID if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice" (along with "no cash value" and a link to the Fine Print )

You can never be too careful with GCs! lol
