How do you introduce yourself?

Hey everyone

Kind of a wierd question but how do you introduce yourself?

Like how do you organize it,

Do you say

Ana w/e

or Ana esmi w/e

or Esmi w/e

cuz once i was talkin to someone, and im like esmak eih? and they answered and im like 'w/e' (my name). and it was like <awkward silence>, so im like, Esmi 'w/e'.

So how do you introduce yourself?

You reminded me of someone I know whom I met once in the street and there was this guy with him and he introduced himself like:
(stretching his neck and tilting his head at the same time u know? and putting the palm of his hand at his chest)

it depends on the situation .. like sometimes you want to break the silence so you start off by saying .. "i am nono by the way, how are you?" so the person will probably say their name and i am fine and then you start the conversation

some other times you find something in common and you start talking about it .. then you ask about the name later .. it depends

Girl: esme nadah
Me: ezayek ya nadah ana esme sucrecaramel lol (nice smile) if she doesn't know what to say and is a shy person ill say

I would be like:
Me:Hi
Stranger: hi
Me: so what's ur name?
Stranger: Passion
Me: My name is Passion, nice to meet u

simple..Hi!! ana nada..and then we start talking about any random topic. I met a girl once for the first time and we hung out for 7 hours..LOL...you would think we knew each other for years =)

Most of the time if this person is one of my friends' friend she/he will introduce me, like this is blah and this is blah and blah blah blah , but if she/he didn't introduce, i can talk to this person for an hour without even knowing their name , but at some point " ma3lesh hwa enty/enta esmak eh " and he/she would be like " LOL ana esmy blah, wenty ? " and i just say my name and we laugh 'bout it and everything just goes right and Zero weirdness

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL...this question made me burst out laughing!

O.k so usually when I meet someone this is how the convo goes:

Me: Hey!
Stranger: Hi!

ummmm.....wait nvm....I don't know how the conversation is LOL....

but anyways, it just starts off with like a hi, then my name is....then if its like i meet them at school i would ask where did u move from or something like that....or i would just end the conversation right away by saying something like well nice meeting you i better go.....its not as rude as it sounds cuz usually the person is feeling akward too lol...

well good luck with whoever your meeting....im guessing this is like for college....
