How long before you get really busy?
Susana,If you are a booth renter (rent a room), then the clients *are* yours. You are not an employee of the salon. Advertise for them, work em well, cultivate your business & even if you move, most will follow you if you provide what they need & are the best fit for their tastes. Ask the few clients you do have to refer you to 2 friends this month. Ask them. Look them in the eyes when they are happy & noodley & about to tip you. tell them the best tip they could ever give you is to rebook before they leave today & tell a friend about how great they feel.My point is, you cannot build your practice by just showing up for the appointments you have on the books. You can take the approach that you feel most comfortable with & be as soft or as hard a sell as you like, but you have to take action, unless you just want to leave it up to fate.Jill/Sagetherapist
