I would like to adopt either a puppy or adult dog. I currently have an adult female lab, and and adult male yorkie. The male yorkie is a stinker and i think he will be ugly to any new family addition, since he is an alpha male. He was ugly to the lab when we brought her home, and he still shows her he is boss even though she is 5 times his size!! I think it's unfair I can never have another dog because of him...we have lots of love and room for them. Does anyone know how to ease into this?
