And a great smile it was; and first impressions were soon confirmed when she returned: short fashionable haircut framed her super cute face, upbeat, sparkly personality and a real calm and pleasant demeanour. She apologized for her limited English, but a foot massage to start was a great opportunity for google translate to prove its worth, and allowed an easy ice-breaking conversation to get to know each other. She is a smart girl, attractive in every sense, with a very appealing hour glass shape, and she really laughs and smiles with her eyes: just a genuine nice lady and a joy to be with.

Her foot massage was thorough, less pain than some Thai variations I have tried but Sasa knows her stuff, and tense spots gradually melted in her skilled hands. A lady friend from spa world suggested I spoil myself and that self care is important; and she was right. Also that women notice a man's hands, and good grooming goes along way in making a first impression. An hour of your time, great attention to detail, they will take care of your calluses with skill and gusto ("callous" is a not so nice attitude). Then once your feet are spiffy and refreshed, get those tootsies massaged. Especially since you go to the gym regularly, comfortable and relaxed feet really make a difference.

But to the point of this thread, I suggest to everyone, a visit to JR and the ministrations of the skilled crew of lovely ladies on staff should be central to any evolved man's self care routine. Keep the plumbing clean and flowing, basic maintenance for buildings and people.

Haha yes. I do have a road bike I use to punish my nether regions for hours at a time. Hence my legs.

ETA: interesting thing about cycling - almost everyone I cycle with is male. I also run and pretty much everyone I run with is female. None of my guy friends run despite trying to get them to. And none of my female friends cycle because they feel it’s too dangerous. And here I am, 2km from shore in an OC1 without a life vest and not able to swim.
