If you are a new to these boards, do not post or visit scorpsguide. that board you should stay away from because there are too many people watching it..

Here is what could happen!. And I will spell it out so that everyone can understand..

For Example:

Joe Blow reads a review on Scorpsguide.com and decides to call up that SP (who is already being investigated or watch by LE)..

You then decide to go meet her at her hotel, and Kelly or LadyISDUMB notifies her cop friend over at the Dearborn police department (or whereever) of your meeting with this SP!.

You then show up to only be busted by some country Hick Dearborn (rent a cop) playing the little Vice Crimes game for dearborn and using Scorps as an informant. (big no no)

You then goto court, pay a fine of about 3,000 do community service, and then your whole famialy will know about your little escort adventures.. Not to mention a nice little Solicitation of Prostitution on your police record. (see my cousin's a cop in NY, so I know how it all works) and I'm sure you all watch COPS on tv!

I've watched this bantering (and harassment) go back and forth on Scorps as well as here (now) for far too long so, I have decided to step forward.

#1) In response to your post, Lady did not post his real name out of respect of privacy (start's with a "C" ) as well as Armani ("T").

#2) Clarification: I am not Lady's lawyer as you referenced too. Her statement merely suggested, "what a good lawyer can dig up on someone!!"

#3) In reference to your statement of record keeping info on your site. The state of Michigan Bureau of Commercial Services maintains records of all companies (domestic and international) that have a registered EIN.
Question: If the record keeping info that Lady posted is fake as you have claimed then, why is it that SMV Entertainment LLC comes up as an active company with a formation date of 01-23-2003 and a sole agent/member ? (Additonal information will not be disclosed on this board, out of respect for privacy.)

If you are not the owner as you have claimed then, you are illegally posting SMV Entertainment's information as part of record keeping on your websites.

A point to be made is that, Lady is not the only person too have endured or encounter, this continued harassment by said individual.
Therefore, Lady has been provided most of the necessary information pertaining to the individual(s) involved. Additional information is available for her use, on an "as needed" basis and dependant upon the outcome.


Advise to Club After Hour's:


Adhere to your own advise, that you have suggested in countless thread's on this board and Scorp's.


If you can dispense this type of advise then, why not use it yourself?
