I do outcalls, and find that most MT marketing materials focus on ways to improve the office environment. So much of what I have is pretty irrelevant to me.

I enjoy working with the elderly and do go into a couple of senior apartment complexes. I would love to get into the large senior residence center here - they have a nursing home, assisted living home (less care needed), alzheimers care unit, and senior apartments. I have no idea how to figure out who to even contact to get in there. My question is with the initial step.......who to speak with, how to present my services so that I can meet with the residents. Once I get my hands on the residents, I have clients. It's getting to that point that trips me up.

General outcall work is also hard for me to market. I love my private clients too - just need more of them.
