Mei at Elevate Spa / Flirt VP Retires

I don't think a migration from FlirtVP to Flirt Finch was ever possible. VP and Finch were always treated at completely separate spas, and no MPA ever switched from one to another. (Unlike PA and LaVilla, for example)
During a session at FlirtVP, I had specifically asked why girls don't move back and forth from VP and Finch. In a nutshell, I was just told that it simply doesn't happen.

I've never met her in session but as someone who's seen a few faves move on, I can only imagine how bittersweet for some of her regulars this news must be.

Anyone that's ever built some rapport with an industry girl always finds a deeper understanding for her unusual line of work and a new found appreciation for the effort she puts in to make a session memorable. Your empathy for her grows each time as she shares with you her goals in life and how this racket is the best means for her to achieve them. When she leaves, you're sad at first to see her go but then later on, feel a sense of relief and satisfaction when her goals come to fruition because you know she deserves it. I think its legit and probably has little to do with the culture change. She had options to move to Perla or to Flirt Finch.
I'm always happy for ladies who use the earnings from this biz to improve themselves or their situation .

Perla with it’s 40 min sessions are not a good alternative for someone like Mei who only worked everyother Sunday. With 30 min sessions you can comfortably see approximately 12 clients in an eight hour shift, with Perla you can see approximately 8 clients comfortably (you can see more but it gets a little hectic). Also with Pure/Perla they need to do a better job of SPA/Attendent relations. I was at Pure yesterday and saw one of the girls on the day shift receiving a warning for coming in late which I thought was unfair given the weather and the number of client cancelations. I think this contributes to Pure/Perla difficulty in recruiting new girls.

I chanced to see Mei towards end of last year and she is gem of a girl. I would still miss aggressive DFK of Lindsay@flirt more than gushing daty of Mei.
