The majority of places have a sliding scale to go from 30 to 60 min the tip is usually 1.5 to 2 x the 30 min price.
I think B&S still freezes it for 45 and 60 min sessions but I think the new tipping scheme is 50/70/90..... I can't believe I'm saying this but someone else will have to confirm this. I have only been to B&S once between september and now. Regardless it's still one of the best deals in town in terms of price and the attractiveness of the girls. Generally speaking you have B level appearances but most of the girls are experienced and pretty down to earth.
AC is even cheaper but I always feel dirty going and leaving there and I find that the girls are far more hit and miss and I'm not a big fan of the managers and the facilities just has a different feel. But I'm probably biased by my 5 years hobbying at B&S. I've just had one really bad experience there and I think it's a product of the extreme late hours that the place is open where the girl had come straight from the comfort zone to go to work so you can imagine what kind of state of mind she was in. But I've had some mediocre to good times there as well.
Jun Jun is even cheaper but very limited menu and old unattractive asian ladies and awful facilities (plywood walls and no shower). Mind you the massage can be okay.
Take a look at say the SRM and allure website to get an idea of what the A level spas charge for tips.
In other words there's a wide range in price, services and looks the trick is deciding what's important to you and finding the spas that best suit what you are looking for.
As for msog usually with the tip for a 60 min session you get two if you can handle it. For 30 min it depends on the girl if you are a regular you might not need to pay extra but man will accomodate for a modest increase of say $20 (rare for $40 to be asked)
Generally speaking at the reliable spas you can speak freely with the girls when you are in the room usually just asking will answer your questions just be prepared for an answer of no because that is a possibilty.
