A few minutes after changing into the dispo the therapist walked in. She started the massage which was okay, not bad and not great either. After about 40 mins of massage she popped the questions of extras. We settled at 1k for TL/HJ and bum massage after negotiation.
The bum massage was good and we finished with a HJ. Paid her, took a shower and left.

Located at 6th floor of a four star hotel. Rooms not clean not spacious. Linen was good. Therapists all local. Nothing more than TL or HJ. The reception staff found disinterested.
