Hi there, like the case what you talking now, much help for next session when you visit our spa.

1. She has already finished her session, just stay in the room talk with the customers, I didn't rush her to leave, but till over 10mins after, I mentioned her has appointment waiting for her already. When she got from the room she still kept talking something with another girl . Never care there is appointment waiting.

2. I try to keep your appointment start on time . If you don't mind waiting in the room , that's really help.

3. I never told any girls who working with us like what you said " don't need to be nice with your customers". That's not make any sense. You are not the first time here. You know we always check each single time your feedback with your session. And we always care about that.

4. I don't think the girl who you talked about only have issues with your session. Some girls when they get more customers visit they try to pickup their favorite customers. But that's not fair with me and my customers.

5. If anyone have any issue with the girls in the room, please let us know in time. We always here to take care you guys.
