that aside...my personal take is the Whitesnake is making false claims about safety of the spas. Adding fear to hobbyists is not helpful. But these are places of business and he’s making potentially false claims against them negatively impacting their revenue stream. I’d be shoving a lawyer down his throat at this point.

however, this is just a review board. So, depending on what I expect the poll results to be just maybe he might realize nobody is listening and slow his roll on his Covid19 fear posts.

I have already put him on ignore before the poll and have stopped listening. It took awhile to get to that point though.

One of the more interesting byproducts of near zero moderation is Dr. Whitesnake's very undisguised and relentless efforts to sabotage the ability of spas and sex workers to make a living.

Since you would think this website depends on advertising from spas and will generally benefit from the overall success of the industry, then allowing someone to constantly troll and endlessly disrupt every thread trying to scare away clients seems rather counterproductive, to say the least.

Now, this is a mature post to encourage people to not go to spas that doesn’t cross any lines that goes into defamation territory.

If he came on as an anti-prostitution poster trying to undermine the industry with general statements that would be one thing. But, he makes constant claims that if you go to these specific spas (the ones in the posts) you will get COVID-19. Without any factual proof but the intent is to do damage to the integrity, competency, reputational value of the business, that is defamation (libel) - making false written claims about someone/a business. This crosses a line (a legal line) and that is my issue with his posts and why he needs to dial it back.

I agree, a moderator/admin should have spotted this and stepped in to put a gag on him.

We have a charter of rights and freedoms under the constitution.

Yes we do and it allows for freedom of expression but it’s also not absolute. I have no issue with general statements encouraging people to stay away. But, many times Whitesnake has been posting that by going to specific spas you WILL catch COVID-19 without providing any factual support or reported cases at these spas. Theses statement thereby can be doing harm to these businesses by driving clients away. That’s the line that was crossed that I have a problem with.

Now, most of the spas Krayjee talks about I’ve never been to. I have been to JR and Suko though. I see JR implementing safety and sanitization measures (haven’t been to Suko since reopening). If any of these spas didn’t properly sanitize and became a COVID speader then fine, it’s fair game to go after them. But until then, Whitesnake needs to stop posting any direct comments that you WILL catch COVID from any or all of these places.
