It's not that hard to get -- you really don't need to do that much regarding medical clearance. I buy four pills a month from Alberta for 50 bucks, and I never saw a doctor in person once to get it...just sent a driver's license and did two emails with some online doctor. I could get by fine without it as I'm only early 40s and in ok shape, but it tends to make it easier to stay hard if you are distracted or if the session is just eh. Not being able to get an erection naturally during sex should be an indication that one may be having some health problems. It doesn't have to be old age, although that could be the main reason. You can't dispute the fact that old age is the leading cause of impotence. It's a scientific fact. But there are other causes, such diabetes, smoking, drinking, heart problems.
