From pre covid experience I can say that I always believed the $100 for the extras was fair. Reasoning is that it is 40 minutes, not and hour. The door costs $150 of which $100 goes to the girl. With the surcharge for extras that is $200 for 40 minutes, (extrapolated that is $300 per hour). The 40 minute sessions are a good compromise for the MPA, gives her a 20 minute break between clients.
