I think when you KNOW he is going to be there a while. No point of showing people to your kids that will be leaving when they get mad. Do not confuse the kids so maybe around the time you are getting serious.
I think you should introduce your kids to your bf soon. What if they don't like him? What if he doesn't like them? It's best to get these things out of the way early on despite what some may think to wait.
