There is no circumstance under which a monger can legally "bang non-working girls 16-17y/o."

About a year ago the the age of consent in the corruption of minors act was changed from age 16 to 18. There's an exceptions that applies to those invloved in an "honorable relationship" with a minor. An honorable relationship means you are legally married to the girl or the girl's parents have given premission for a formal engagment.

Note Well: It is a felony under both US and Mexican law for US resident to have sex with a minor while visiting Mexico.

the reason has something to do with International Law. Evidently, there are only two conventions to which virtually every nation in the world agrees: (1) are the conventions against torture, which nobody pays much attention to and (2) the agreements against human trafficking, which every nation is sensitive about, especially those like Mexico whose sensibilities are frequently offended by US/European self-righteous do-gooders.

But as far as the international police are concerned (interpol) girls under the age of 18 involved in sex work are presumed to be victims of human trafficking.

And Mexico will yield, if not assist in the prosecution.

Well Mr Brant, you better care about the age factor. as its criminal on both sides of the border ! And you dont want to get caught inadverntently ! As noted by Fireballs, Burt, Sampsonrico and Kitty freak, there are serious consequences to face. This doesnt mean to frighten you, you dont go to the SG route anyway. But if you do, you should be aware of it. One can bribe in most places, but sometimes there is more penalty to pay than the bribe.

Underage chicas is a bad topic I like to avoid. If you get caught you can probably count on the cops at least emptying your ATM and credits cards if your carrying them, and then you would be considered getting off lucky.

I highly doubt you'll be killed in prison for mistakenly or on purpose having a session with a slightly underage chica 16, or 17, you might even get sympathy from other inmates saying 'what a tough break!' Now if the underage girl was 5 years old,then you might be KILLED? [ I don't know for sure because I never been in a TJ prison, and plan on keeping it that way]

It's not worth the risk in Tijuana, besides there are a lot of nice young 18, 19 year old girl on the north side of the alley who wear little school dresses with small tits and high heels that will help you fulfill your high school sex fantasy. In fact I just did one on my last visit to TJ about two weeks ago, damn I already forget her name, but Flor comes to mind who also works there, and Vicky a innocent looking girl who always wears a dress accross the street.

The dangerous areas on on lower Constitution where some of these girls just look too young, but say they are 18. There are certain hotels a little outside the zona you should avoid too. I forgot the name, but probably wouldn't post it even if I remembered it.

Soliciting an under age prostitute is a big deal here. I know someone that did get caught and his family paid in excess of $30,000 to get him out of jail...if they didn't pay he would certainly been killed...it is also in violation of US law to seek out minors(less than 18) for sex.

to be horrible in the sack, with a few rare exceptions. I usually
stick to bar girls depending on my mood. I do, dable the

Are some of the street girls underage? I honestly don't know, but I don't think the streets are "filled with underage prostitutes" as is sometimes reported in the media. (As is well known, I avoid street girls; others are in a better position to answer the question.)

Street girls, like bar girls, must have a health card. Which means they must show proof of age. So the presumption is that they are of age. (It is often said, of course, that some chicas use false ID or the ID of a friend/relative to get a health card.)

I'm told the inspectors are actually more vigilent in checking street girls for health cards than bar girls. (They're easier to catch as they don't have a ladies room in which to hide or back door to escape.) So again the presumption is they are of age.

Something else to consider is the physical differences among the regions in Mexico. People in southern Mexico, for example, are often shorter than the average Mexican. Being short is sometimes perceived as being young. Many street girls appear to come from Southern Mexico and are shorter than average.

To avoid possible problems I look for chicas that appear to be over 20. That, hopefully, gives me a margin of safety.

I am far from a TJ expert- more like an experienced semi-regular- and IMHO this is very true about younger SGs. Be sure to ask the girls age and check ID if you have any doubts. You really do not want that kind of trouble in your life- morally or legally.

Larry, you hit the nail on the head, "can have a spark", That just about sums it. It doesnt matter whether its a SG or a Bar SG, important thing is to have that spark going. And there are pros and cons definitely, in a bar one can sit and watch and try out but also be exposed to a "ficha fuck" scam. Whereas with the SG it is a wham bham Thank You mam kind of thing. One plus point with the SG is with 20 to 30$ you are not exposed to that much risk of dissatisfaction !

Me too! On a good day I do BOTH SGs and BGs. In TJ they are so different that it is like being in 2 different places. The BGs are a few years older, taller, bigger boobs, blonder, and better in the sack. Many of the SGs are little spinners and closer to 18-19 yo- which I also like very much.
