long time lurker, if this is indeed Cicilia, then great, atleast i've tried out to see what the hype about her was when she was at tom's.

Simply to help with some questions, Cecilia does go back to Tom's once in a while, but I'm sure she prefers limiting her visits because there many girls @ Tom's right now therfore with limited bedrooms some girls lose on it.
