I'm 15 years old, I don't like the taste of meats, or the idea of eating them.
So I've decided to just become a vegetarian.
(Regular vegetarian, not vegan)
But, as I'm still growing, I know I need the nutrients.
Can anyone advise me on what meals I can have that don't include meat?
And what supplements I will need?
