I am sick of seeing the same shiller post the roster of the day on the morning and follow reviews of thr attendants in the afternoon.

Legit threads & questions scroll outta site every day… once in a while I scroll back a couple of pages 2c if somebody said something useful.

They could edit original schedule & add ‘Revised 11:30 am’ or whatever time… that would work… excep!!!! No bump.

On a different tack re banner ads.
I would love it if there was a way to have the banner ads show a limited number of times while reading posts.
It is particularly annoying on a phone where the majority of time is spent scrolling to get to a post. You don’t read the ads anyway , just get past them asap.
If the ads were presented every time you log on and perhaps every 5 post views, it would be less annoying and more efficient for the members.
Alternative would be a marker in the margin that would let the viewer go to the posts after seeing the banners a couple of times.
I do get it re the ads being the lifeblood of MP, the ads are used many, me included, however it is annoying when you have limited viewing time or in a crowded situation where the banner ads say “ Check this pervert out” to anyone getting a glimpse of the screen.

DID YOU KNOW… the marker u suggested exists?

If u c a thread recently updated, click on the DATE that it was updated… u jump right 2 the post, skip all the ads… u may need 2 scroll UP a bit if u missed some previous posts, but u jump past the ads…

I believe the ads are big part of the success of MP. THEY ARE.
My point is if you have seen the ads and you are spin scrolling through them for the 3rd, 4th time to get to a post they are more of an annoyance and not making ad impressions.
XTC has solved that one anyway. No question that I will look at the banner ads and often do for reference and info.

promoters always find ways to circumvent rules. we have a member using "renovation" as an excuse for bumping the thread and provided a update to the renovation update to bump the thread to the main page in one day. Perhaps the admin needs to tighten the rule to promote avertisement to one post and replies from the spa's official promoter to one or two posts per day
