Went today. Nice clean facility. It’s not that big so there was a lot of noise from the hallway. Saw Julie, she was very pretty and great body that provided a lot of fun in the room.

OK guys so I went yesterday knowing it would be busy but went with no appointment and took my chances. I arrived and sure enough it was busy and waited 2 minutes before someone came out a door to greet me. It was Julie who walked me to a room she was very friendly and had a nice look and what appeared to be beautiful breast's! She said please wait and someone would be in shortly. 2 minutes later Renee came in and was so friendly and sexy in her torn jeans and tiny top. She said how long would I like to stay and that she would be doing my massage which was fine by me lol! Next thing I know coco walked in and said hello and that she would be right back so I wasn't sure who I was going to see but didn't care all three were great and I was glad to have met them all. It ended up being coco which was a fantastic hot time. She has hot little body gave a good massage and and then a fantastic tease probably one of the best teases I've had. Then a great nude body slide and gave a nice leg and thigh job while on my back. I roamed around freely while she moaned and finished in 69 position hj which she seemed to love. Took a shower and tipped a 100 she was happy and she was great! On .y way out Renee stopped me to talk and sat me down and sat on my lap and told me she was going to do my massage but coco really wanted to so next time. It was great for my ego lol. Anyway everything was perfect and Renee does a fantastic job running a beautiful place. I know this was long but there you have it! Also Renee said they will have four girls all day very soon. I went there a few days ago and was greeted by I think Julie who led me to the room. I had booked in advance so there was no wait. When I went in, she asked me if I would like to shower which I did. Then Renee entered the room and said she would be providing the massage which was fine by me as all of the attendants are beautiful. I opted for a 30min topless HE massage. The below ratings sum up the experience:

Massage 4/5: One of the best massages I've had. Renee's technique was spectacular. She used her hands, feet, elbows, and knees in ways I never thought possible. I would be willing to go here just for the massage alone. Only reason it doesn't get 5/5 is that the session was very rushed (described below).
Cleanliness - 4/5: The cleaning after my session was rushed. All sheets were changed and towels replaced but not sure if it was a proper clean due to the speed. Maybe they have good enough experience to do it in a minute or two.
Ambience - 5/5: Very new location, clean, and well maintained.
Time Value of Money - 3/5: Session was rushed since they got busy. Attendant entered the room about 5-7 min late which is not a problem. Halted my session multiple times to attend the door or reply on phone. I really don't like that. I estimate that 10-13 minutes of my 30 minute session was spent in that manner. The 30 min session included everything as well as showering and cleanup. Actual massage was maybe 10-15 minute at most. Disappointing.
Attendant Beauty - 4.5/5 (Renee): Renee is skinny with small to medium sized breasts and wore lingerie which made her look even better.
Customer Service - 3/5: I really really want to give this section more as I know this place has potential, but my session was obviously rushed. One positive thing was that they discussed payment at the start so there was no haggling during the massage and they didn't even ask for it until it ended. One negative thing was she did not really listen to what I was asking or saying and rushed the finish without getting topless (although she had no problems with me exploring). I don't think it was intentional, just that she wanted it to be completed quickly.

Total damage was $100 ($40 door and $60 tip). Considering the quality of other providers in the area, this place will eventually put them all out of business. Would repeat hopefully at a less busy time.

Some of you know that I live in Niagara and rarely venture beyond Burlington for sessions, though every now and again I need to travel to T.O. or beyond for different reasons, which was the case on Monday, June 24.

I reached out to V&V by text, stated what I was looking for (90 minute session with an attendant known for her strong massage skills, including back walking). I received a reply recommending Anita, and I showed up on time around 1:30.

The good: the same as others have mentioned — new and very clean facility, ample parking in the complex, etc.

The not-so-good: Anita did not provide anywhere close to a 90 minute session — in fact, after 40 minutes in the room, with multiple interruptions which easily knocked off 10 minutes, she wanted me to flip to begin the finish. The massage itself was below average and had no structure — neck, lower legs, right shoulder, left temple — random and without any sense of continuity.

The finish was adequate but she did not take direction very well. Without getting into highly specific details, we know that some of us like this, some of us like that, and the key is to clearly tell the girl what works and what does not. Anita ignored me, even when I said “No, I don’t like that” when she pursued penetrative prostrate play. Frustrating. Even the cleanup was substandard and rushed — tissue can stick to a man’s rod, and I was left with a Cottonelle-coated member and shown the door.

I would probably rate the session much higher if I had booked a 30 or even 45 minute session, but I need to reiterate that I paid for 90 minutes and tipped very generously. I do not believe that I got my money’s worth in terms of the door fee or the tip.

Having said this, I will book again at V&V when I’m back in the area. Sometimes, second time is the charm.

They made a huge investment and took on a good bit of risk, so they have the hammer down and the door spinning to recoup as much as possible as fast as possible.

Understandable and smart.

How it unfolds in the future will tell us if this opening is a smart business move or a lucky hit.

As it stands, they built a luxurious standout and they are runnin it like an Etobicoke fuck-shop, maybe not in service but definitely in pace/variance of quality.

I've been to quite a few shops that you feel like a they are rushing you out. At a close by popular spa the MPA started the tease early and finished the fun earlier and back in the door with hot cloths and a $10 bill and said the session could only be 45 minutes. I should have complained, but it was a good session and didn't want to stick around while they massaged my head (the one above my shoulders).

They should make it 80$/hr and they would really test the market. I think they would be just as busy, especially to begin- "luxury spa, new vibe for the area- 80/h" then IF hype dies you drop it. If it doesnt? 80 becomes the standard at better than average places and an easy way for the market (us) to identify and partake.

It was $65 hr and have dropped to 60. $80 gets you a table shower as well. I mentioned to the powers at be that for the Niagara fella, they should not be taking on a 90 minute session when this busy. If slow or plenty of girls on, not a problem. Plus I was wondering if he knew this is Anita from Raynella (sp?) since he has been there before. Anyways, they may contact him as they do with others not having a good session.
