PIERCE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - Two women face charges after a months-long prostitution investigation in Pierce Township.
Officers arrested 54-year-old Buqian Deng during their search of Natura Foot Spa on Ohio Pike. She faces two counts of solicitation and one count of permitting prostitution.
Officers also searched Yilin Comfort Zone Massage, also on Ohio Pike.
Pierce Township Police Chief Paul Broxterman said that an unidentified 55-year-old woman was arrested and faces one count of solicitation.
"In both locations, there were a number of private rooms inside," said Broxterman.
A warrant has been issued for the Yilin Comfort Zone Massage owner, 61-year-old Yaling Wang. Wang is charged with promoting prostitution, solicitation, sexual imposition, and practicing without a license.
Police did not say where the home was that was searched or if they found anything there.
Pierce Township Police launched an investigation after getting complaints late last year.
"They were noticing a lot of activity by older men, and they noticed a number of condoms in the parking lot and just very suspicious activity," said Broxterman.
Over the last few months, detectives say they documented evidence of prostitution at both businesses.
"We were noticing a lot of out-of-state plates for customers as far away as West Virginia," said Broxterman.
Broxterman said that two women have been arrested and are currently behind bars at the Clermont County Jail. A follow-up investigation is ongoing.
