which steroids are the best for fast muscle and strength gain for a newbie?

im doing a school assignment about steroids. please share with me your experience as a newbie of taking it and please share what you took and how the outcome was.Was there any side affects? how long did you take it for and how much did you gain? lmk thanks! also does it really make your penis small or is that just what people are saying. don't be shy, please be honest.

I have never taken steroids, but yes it is definitely true about making your penis smaller. One of my best friends took them and said it def was true. Taking a pre-workout like Superpump or N.O Xplode and then a post workout protein will improve your muscle growth if you have a proper workout. Also, creatine would probably help, especially if you are just beginning to lift.
