I think this press release (names and residences sanitized) makes the point better than I did in the beginning of this thread! Who wants their name published as these people did?

ARRESTS AT RICHMOND HILL MASSAGE PARLOUR

The York Regional Police Drugs and Vice Enforcement Bureau has arrested eight people in connection with the operation of an illegal massage parlour in the Town of Richmond Hill.

As part of the ongoing commitment to eliminate illegal body rub parlours in York Region, the Drugs and Vice Enforcement Bureau executed a Criminal Code search warrant on Thursday, October 27, 2005, at Invisible Touch Spa, located at 10 East Wilmot Street.

These charges may go away eventually as Perry Mason suggested (especially if and when the girls roll over on the management), but the damage has already been done, especially to the found-ins. This case really underlines the risks we take as we pursue our hobby.

Within York Region, it looks like Richmond Hill and Markham are definitely no man's land. Vaughn may still be slightly better.

Further west (Brampton, Mississauga) may be a little better, as might further east in Durham Region (Pickering, not Oshawa).

Maybe Romeo can produce a new GTA map with different towns colour-coded for LE risk.
