As far I know, that pillow thingy is super discussing; never has been clean. The disposable sheet is supposed to he very hygienic, that's why they are used.
On the bright side you place your head on the pillow, thus your hair gets it, not your face

The one article I read about semen from men who had Covid-19 mention nothing about women and said is possible that the virus in semen is contagious but they had no data on this.
